Your privacy is important to huronnaturecenter.org. Our privacy policy is as
follows:
While the information that we collect is the key to our ability to provide superior
service, our most important asset is our your trust. Keeping this information secure, and
using it only as you would want us to, is the top priority for huronnaturecenter.org.
Therefore, we promise that:
We will safeguard,
according to strict standards of security and
confidentiality, any information you share with us.
We will limit the
collection and use of member information to the
minimum we require to deliver superior service to our members and to
administer our business.
We will permit only
authorized personal, who are trained in the proper handling of your information, to have
access to that information. Violation of these standards by anyone associated with the
nature center will not be tolerated and will result in disciplinary action.
We will always maintain
control over the confidentiality of member information and will not reveal any information
to any external organization unless law requires us to.
We will periodically
send information to you regarding special offers and services available. We will tell you
in plain language initially, and at least once annually, how you may remove your names from our mailing
lists. At any time, customers can contact us to remove their names from such lists.
Mailings will be done only on a limited basis. You will not receive a bombardment of
messages from us.
We will attempt to keep
member files complete, up-to-date, and accurate.
We will tell our you how to notify us about errors, which we will
promptly correct.
We will continuously
monitor our procedures to ensure that member privacy is respected.
